- Only visitors to Taiwan are eligible to apply and use this ticket.
- Train tickets are issued 3 months prior to your travel date. Therefore, confirmations will be issued within 3 months of your travel date.
Additional Notes
- Please make sure that all details provided upon booking are correct. If information given do not match upon tour date, you may not be able to receive your pass.
- During holidays and weekends, the seats may be full. It is recommended that you exchange your ticket at the High Speed Rail Ticketing Window at your earliest convenience.
- You may get off at stations aside from the one you have selected.
- If you ride the train past your selected station, you will need to pay the additional fare and fees on site.
- You may use the reserved and non-reserved seats. Reserved seats must be selected at the ticketing window. Please note that this ticket is not for business class seats.
- You may board only on the date you have selected when exchanging your ticket.
- When entering the train turnstiles you will need to show your passport along with your ticket.

- An E-ticket from the tour operator will be sent to you as an attachment to your provided e-mail address. Please bring a print or digital copy of your E-ticket to the High Speed Rail Ticket window. You may not present a VELTRA voucher to exchange your ticket. If you cannot present an E-ticket, your reservation will be cancelled and refunds will not be issued. Please understand that you will need to repurchase your ticket on site.
